Come Home to Yourself

Feminine Embodiment Mentor
Helping women come home to themselves through the wisdom of the body

A free 7-day return to your body

You don't need another healing modality.
You don't need more information.
You don't need to become someone new.

You need a safe place to finally meet yourself.

My Story

Hi, I'm Isha, a feminine embodiment mentor for women who feel disconnected from their bodies, their emotions, the quieter wisdom within them. For over fourteen years, I lived almost entirely from my mind. I worked as an engineer, where logic and achievement shaped the way I moved through life. From the outside, everything looked perfect. Underneath, I was quietly disconnected from my body, my emotions, the wisdom that lives beneath thought. My own healing journey changed that.It started with fitness, a curiosity about health. It slowly unfolded into something much deeper: movement, feminine embodiment, energy work, quantum healing, the Akashic Records. But more than anything, I lived the work. Through seasons of uncertainty, loss, and real inner transformation, I learned that healing was never about collecting more knowledge. It was about learning to listen to myself again.Today, I bring all of that into the way I work with women.I don't follow a fixed method. Every session is guided by what your body is ready to reveal. Some days that means slowing down enough to finally feel an emotion you've been carrying for years. Other days it means simply learning to trust your body's intelligence again, after so long spent living only in your head.My role isn't to give you answers. It's to help you hear the ones that were already yours. If this resonates with you, I'd love for you to keep reading. Here's what working together actually looks like.

The Return

A free 7-day return to your body

A seven-day return to your body, one letter and one guided practice at a time. The same journey I take my clients through, offered here at a smaller scale.

How I Work

You've spent years learning, reflecting, trying to heal. You understand your patterns. You can name why you react the way you do.And still, in the moments that matter most, you find yourself back in familiar ways of being. Not because you aren't trying. Because real change was never something we think our way into. It's something we learn to embody. The body holds a wisdom the mind alone can't reach. When we slow down enough to listen, it begins to reveal what has been waiting quietly beneath the surface: an unfelt emotion, an old protective pattern, a knowing that never actually left, only got buried. There's no script here, no formula. You're invited to arrive exactly as you are, and each session follows what's true for you in that moment, not a plan I've made in advance.Over time, something begins to shift. Not because someone hands you the answers, but because you start trusting your own wisdom. You may find yourself feeling more at home in your body, moving through emotions with steadier ground beneath you, making decisions from clarity instead of fear.Ways to begin: a single private session, a longer container for deeper work, or ALIGN which is an intimate group journey I open a few times a year.If you're not sure where to start, that's alright. You don't need to have it figured out before you arrive. We'll find the right place together.
